Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

Defender has a Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy that if you are not 100% satisfied with your Foot Defender within the first 2 weeks after purchase, you may return it for a full refund, provided that the Foot Defender has not been worn outside, is in its original packaging and is in original condition.

Defender Operations Warranty’s all products are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase.  Defender Operations will repair, replace defective part/s covered under warranty at no charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or degradation of hook and loop.

Method of Refund
Refund payments will be made in the same form of payment used to purchase the product. Refunds will be credited to your account in approximately 2-3 days after receipt of the returned product.

Product Condition
Product should be sent back its original box in its original condition unless the return reason is due to a manufacturing defect in which a replacement of the same size will be issued. If not, a partial refund or no refund may be assessed.
