  • CAN FOOT DEFENDER BE WORN ON EITHER FOOT?

    Yes! Foot Defender was designed to be worn on either foot.

  • HOW DO I PUT ON MY FOOT DEFENDER AND ADJUST IT?

    Please refer to the Foot Defender manual located here for full instructions on using your device.

  • HOW DO I CLEAN MY FOOT DEFENDER?

    If Foot Defender gets soiled or dirty, it can be wiped down with a disposable baby wipe or disinfecting wipe. Let it air dry before using again.

  • DO I WEAR A SOCK WHEN I WEAR MY FOOT DEFENDER?

    Yes. Always wear your Foot Defender with a sock and/or compression bandage as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • WHAT DO I WEAR ON MY OTHER FOOT WHEN I WEAR MY FOOT DEFENDER?

    The footbed height of the Foot Defender is slightly higher than a normal pair of running shoes. We suggest that you wear running shoes or something similar on your other foot. Try to keep your feet as evenly balanced as you can.

  • HOW LONG CAN I WEAR MY FOOT DEFENDER?

    Your doctor will decide how long you need to wear Foot Defender. Please follow the doctor’s instructions even if you feel improvement and would like to stop wearing it sooner. Your doctor will be checking your progress and will decide what is in your best long-term interest.

  • HOW MANY INSOLES ARE INCLUDED IN A PACK?

    There are 2 Heel Defender insoles per pack - one for each shoe.

  • CAN HEEL DEFENDER BE USED AS A LIFT?

    Heel Defender can be used as a heel lift. Although they have a soft feel, they will not lose their shape over extended use.

  • HOW LONG DO THESE INSOLES NORMALLY LAST?

    We recommend replacing your Heel Defender insoles every 60 days.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON HEEL DEFENDER?

    Heel Defender insoles are a risk-free purchase with a 100% refund if returned in the first 30 days after purchase. A lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects also applies.

  • ONLY ONE OF MY HEELS NEEDS CUSHIONING. DO I NEED TO WEAR THEM IN BOTH SHOES?

    Even if only one foot requires support, we recommend wearing inserts in both shoes to keep your legs and back in a balanced alignment.
